ODDMANIN is an organization, which helps those with
non-standard abilities and qualifications to find employment
possibilities in Denmark.
In particular those with a different background from
the standard Danish one can find difficulty in being acknowledged
as qualified. ODDMANIN hopes to use life experience and other
human qualities in their search for suitable employment for
candidates.
The ”best qualified” is dependent on the criteria
and assessment of ”best” and "qualification," which
vary according to a society’s standards and norms.
Besides help towards employment, ODDMANIN also asissts in finding voluntary positions which may lead to permanent job
options and offers counselling and presentations on intercultural matters, as well life crisis lectures.
